Shipping Information

Our shipping base is based in the UK. We are distributed by Plastic Head in Europe.

We post out once a week on a Tuesday with Royal Mail, Special Deliveries are done on a Wednesday. Please note, tracking does not come as standard, please contact us if you require special, signed for or tracked mailing. 

All international orders are shipped as Airmail. 

Approx postage times: 

UK - 3-7 days

EU - 1-2 weeks

US - 2-4 weeks

ROW - 2-4 weeks

 * Please note, these approximates should be considered after you have received your shipping confirmation email.

If your order has not arrived within a realistic timeframe please contact us at orders@apocalypticwitchcraft.co.uk these emails are checked twice weekly.

With your concern please provide your order number, Full name, Address and that you ordered etc.

We will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund policy

If something hasn't arrived, or there is an issue with you order, please let us know,  we will endeavour to get a replaced or nearest replaced sent to you, We of course can offer refunds if applicable. 

 

Pre Orders 

As standard, if you order in stock items at the same time as a pre order, all items will be posted together. Please make separate orders if you would your items separately.
